2. What data we collect

When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the name, email address and message content you provide. We do not collect any data that you do not voluntarily submit. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party profiling cookies on this site.

3. Why we process it

We process the data you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a potential professional engagement. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless an engagement begins, in which case retention follows the rules applicable to client files under the Portuguese Bar.

5. With whom we share it

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Limited processors (e.g. email and hosting providers) may handle data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.

6. Your rights

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) in Portugal.
